This is a page of photos that the town has collected over the years, some are old and some not so old, maybe they will bring back a memory or two for you. Some of the names are missing on the older photos, if you know anyone, please let us know so we can replace the "?" with a name.

In the spring of 1998, the primary and elementary students of the Holy Cross School Complex were asked to colour pictures as Safe Driving Reminders to be given to drivers as they drove through Sandringham. The names of all the participating students were placed into a draw and two were selected - Kindergarten student, Haylee Brown of Salvage and Grade 3 student, Jeffery Martin of St. Chad's. R.C.M.P. Constables MacNeil and Ozon from the Glovertown detachment set up a roadblock for the students and explained to the drivers that the students were giving them Safe Driving Reminders.
In addition to the Safe Driving Reminders, the children could also write short essays or draw pictures as to why they would like to be Cop for a Day. See the newspaper clipping in the Articles and Clippings section.
